Job Purpose

Review the proposal response with the relevant service / business knowledge required including introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes.

Key Accountabilities

(1 KA) Resonsible for delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes
(1 KA) Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from business units, finance, and legal
(1 KA) Facilitate key review meetings / final document review, co-ordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal.
(1 KA) Lead and coach the proposal team in preparing the proposal to comply with the tender requirements
(1 KA) Manage documentations to ensure adherence to the governance

Qualification(s)

  • Degree in Quantity Survey / Engineering or related discipline
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience in leadership capacity
  • Experience as a Project manager / Contract manager
