Key Accountabilities

(1 KA) Prepare invoices on a timely manner.
(1 KA) Ensure that payment is received on time.
(1 KA) Follow-up/monitor on project progress and provide support to the project management team.
(1 KA) Responsible for office administration.
(1 KA) Prepare tender in commercial and technical aspects

Qualification(s)

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
  • 2 - 5 year of working experience in office management and administration role
