Job Purpose

Conduct planned audit, review job safety and implement HSE initiatives in line with the divisional plan

Key Accountabilities

(1 KA) Prepare HSE Plan for each project undertaken based on the nature of activities in the project

(1 KA) Compile monthly project HSE report submitted by Project HSE Lead for further review and analysis by Senior HSE Manager

(1 KA) Update relevant HSE information related to HSEMS for reference and benefits of the whole department

(1 KA) Prepare draft HSE Plan for each project undertaken based on the nature of activities in the project

(1 KA) Update the results of evaluation of individual performance of Project HSE Lead and Project HSE Supervisors

(1 KA) Review, update and compile new/existing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) worksheets relevant to business unit for future projects reference

(1 KA) Update information on HSE from various projects as lesson learnt in the intranet system

(1 KA) Prepare HSE reports for projects undertaken by business unit

(1 KA) Update the status of all corrective/preventive actions related to all projects determined during internal/external audit, inspection, management personnel walkabout, client's audit and etc.

Qualification(s)

Degree with an emphasis in industrial safety/ hygiene/ environmental engineering / technical engineering or related discipline
Registered SHO (Green Book) with DOSH (preferred)
Registered with CIDB / Green card
Computer literate and ability to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
