Job Purpose
Manage, support and execute the workshop, turnaround, shutdown, project or any jobs that award-ed to company. To ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost are met with the target set by company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: ASSISTANT TURNAROUND (TA) MANAGER
- (1 KA) Support and manage daily operational aspects of a project and scope, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities so as to ensure timely project completion and adherence to pro-ject requirements
- (1 KA) Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, ensure completion of project doc-uments and reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to clients for project effective-ness
- (1 KA) Apply project methodology effectively and enforce project standards so as to ensure compliance to project requirements
- (1 KA) Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis, manage project budget, analyse project bill rates and utilisation so as to meet project financial targets
- (1 KA) Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, monitors receiv-ables for project and follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoice to ensure project profitability
- (1 KA) Identify business development and sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project so as to enhance project revenue
- (1 KA) Hold regular status meetings with project team and clients as well as communicate relevant project information to superiors in order to ensure smooth information flow
- (1 KA) Lead, train and coach the team so as to improve their competency and meet business objectives
- (1 KA) Set and manage clients expectations as well as grow long-term relationships with clients in order to identify clients needs and create business opportunities
- (1 KA) Maintenance the equipment and company asset and to ensure the equipment in good running con-dition and compliance with government agency requirement.
- (1 KA) Provide support or lead for any TA, Shutdown and Project jobs by providing equipment, man-power, tools, etc.
- (1 KA) Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements to ensure all activities within his/her jurisdiction are executed in safe manner

Qualification(s)
ASSISTANT TURNAROUND (TA) MANAGER
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Turnaround / Shutdown or maintenance experience
TURNAROUND (TA) MANAGER
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Turnaround / Shutdown or maintenance experience
SENIOR TURNAROUND (TA) MANAGER
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- 12 years of relevant experience
