Job Purpose

Lead and manage project and resources to ensure it is within the stipulated budget, timeline and deliverables.

Key Accountabilities

(1 KA) Lead in gathering and validating business requirements and pain points

(1 KA) Lead and manage design or improvement of business processes

(1 KA) Lead in developing conceptual approach and design for new solutions

(1 KA) Lead in developing performance requirements and disaster recovery approach for new solutions

(1 KA) Lead in developing software, hardware and services requirements

(1 KA) Lead and manage procurement of software, hardware and services

(1 KA) Lead in developing and maintaining total cost of ownership model

(1 KA) Lead and manage design, build, configuration, test, deployment of software and hardware

(1 KA) Lead and manage identification, collection, cleansing and migration of data to new solutions

(1 KA) Lead in developing user and system documentation

(1 KA) Lead in conducting change management and user training

(1 KA) Lead in administration of new solution

(1 KA) Lead and manage the support and enhancement of new solutions

(1 KA) Manage stakeholders

(1 KA) Guide juniors in day-to-day operations

Qualification(s)

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience and deep expertise in project management, agile, change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proven working experience in implementation of IT/Digital projects, preferably for Oil & Gas or Construction industry • Experience delivering dashboard solution projects in Power BI is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
