Job Purpose

Perform day-to-day corporate secretarial activities for the companies within Dialog Group to ensure complaince to defined statutory requirements

Key Accountabilities

(1 KA) Ensure accurate documentation of all corporate secretarial related documents such as correspondence, executive minutes, agendas and board reports
(1 KA) Coordinate and plan statutory required meetings such as Board Meetings, AGM and EGM including all logistics arrangements, preparation and distribution of meeting notices and meeting materials
(1 KA) Prepare information and materials on corporate activities for drafting of announcements and press releases to Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission and the press, organise functions such as signing ceremonies and general meetings, production of annual reports, corporate brochures, presentations, corporate updates for the website
(1 KA) Conduct research on company secretarial matters and corporate legislations to be informed of the latest development which may impact Dialog Group
(1 KA) Compilation of monthly shareholding information/share price information - to add

Qualification(s)

  • Degree in any discipline
  • MAICSA membership is preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
