Job Purpose

Point of contact in all shipment related delivery as well as organize shipments to ensure smooth operations and customer service matters.

Key Accountabilities

(1 KA) Execute day-to-day ops in managing customer services and operation planning as well as liaise with customers
(1 KA) Coordinate and arrange for all shipment to ensure timely deliveries
(1 KA) Handle and coordinate all procedures and documentation pertaining to shipments
(1 KA) Liaise with shipping line and forwarding agent to arrange container shipment
(1 KA) Prepare all relevant documents for shipment transactions

Qualification(s)

  • Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
  • 2 or 3 (Diploma) years experience
